How the service works
We arrive ahead of your start time, set up a clean station with signage, and begin serving the moment your window opens. Guests step up, choose a flavor, and get a fresh cone within seconds. Everything is spun to order, so nothing sits out losing its shape, and there are no trays to refill or plates to clear. When the window ends we pack down and leave the space tidy.

Along with the crowd favorites we can match cotton candy colors to a birthday theme, a school's colors or a wedding palette. Add sprinkles and toppings if you'd like each cone to be a little different, and with the Deluxe package we bring custom themed accents to dress the station. Schools, festivals, corporate events and large celebrations are quoted individually, based on guest count, service hours and location. If you'd like a fuller treat table, our cotton candy station service adds popcorn and slushies to the same station.
Setup and what we need from you
We need a level service area about the width of a folding table, space for an attendant, and a standard electrical outlet within reach. Indoors is straightforward. Outdoors we ask for a covered or shaded spot, because wind and humidity affect how cotton candy holds its shape. Share your venue details when you inquire and we'll confirm the best arrangement before the day.
